Cloud and voice used to be separate problems. They aren't anymore. We treat your Microsoft 365 tenant, your cloud storage, your compute workloads, and your phone system as one stack — because that's how your team uses them. Mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, hybrid AD, virtual desktops, SIP, and Wasabi object storage at a fraction of hyperscaler pricing — designed, migrated, and run by the same engineers.

What's in the engagement

The full deliverable.

Microsoft 365 done right.

Tenant design, mailbox migrations (zero data loss, zero downtime), SharePoint architecture, Teams policy, conditional access. We run M365 environments from 5 seats to 5,000.

Wasabi: cloud storage that doesn't punish scale.

More of our clients store data on Wasabi than on AWS S3 or Azure Blob — at roughly 1/5 the per-TB cost and zero egress fees. Same encryption, same 11-nines durability, none of the bill-shock. Especially good for backups, archives, media libraries, and any workload where you read what you stored.

Azure / AWS where the math works.

Some workloads belong on hyperscalers — elastic compute, managed databases, GPU-bound jobs. We assess what should move, what should stay, and what should be re-architected. Ongoing FinOps so your bill doesn't drift.

Cloud Series PBX — our own VoIP platform.

Hosted SIP with desktop softphone, mobile app, conferencing, and SMS. Native integrations with M365, Salesforce, and the line-of-business apps your team actually uses. Number porting handled end-to-end.

Hybrid identity + SSO.

Entra ID, on-prem AD sync, conditional access, and SSO into your line-of-business apps. The login experience your users expect, with the audit trail your auditors require.

How we run it

Migrations that finish on Friday.

We've moved 1,200+ mailboxes in a single weekend with zero data loss. The trick is hybrid co-existence done right — users keep working while data syncs in the background.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does an M365 migration take?
Depends on data size and user count. A 50-seat company typically migrates in 2 weekends. A 500-seat company takes 4–8 weeks of phased waves. We co-exist with your existing system so users stay productive throughout.
Can you port my existing phone numbers to Cloud Series PBX?
Yes — we handle the LOA paperwork, carrier coordination, and porting timelines. Most numbers port in 5–10 business days. We schedule cutovers for Friday evenings to avoid business disruption.
Is C2 Cloud Series PBX hosted by you?
It runs on a hardened, redundant carrier-grade platform we manage end-to-end. You get a single throat to choke for both phones and the IT they connect to.
Why Wasabi instead of AWS S3 or Azure Blob?
Wasabi prices flat per-TB with zero egress and zero API fees, while delivering the same 11-nines durability and S3-compatible API. For most workloads — backups, archives, media — that math works out to roughly 80% lower total cost than AWS S3 once you factor in retrieval. We migrate without disruption.
Will my Azure or AWS bill go down?
Usually 15–30% in the first quarterly review — through right-sizing, reserved instances, killing zombie resources, and offloading bulk storage to Wasabi where it makes sense. We share savings transparently in your QBR.
