Do you charge extra for on-site visits?
No. Our contracts cover all on-site visits within our service area at no additional cost. We only charge for hardware purchases or when you add a new device to your contract (priced per device).
How far do you travel?
Anywhere in Alabama from our Cullman HQ. For one-off projects elsewhere, we'll quote travel separately.
